Return and Refund Policy - Mazaby

Thank you for shopping at Mazaby! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items/Conditions:

Returns may be rejected under the following conditions:

  • Products returned after the 15-day purchase window.
  • Products that are no longer needed by the customer.
  • If the product is not returned in its original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all original tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Send the item to:

3. Refunds

Inspection:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

Rejection:

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., item is used, damaged, not in original condition, or falls under the non-returnable conditions listed above), we will notify you of the reason. The item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Follow the standard return process for the original item, and place a new order for the desired item.
